About us
The VIC Workout Club offers body conditioning sessions for all levels of fitness - from beginners to addicts! Join today - make a difference to your fitness, energy and health!
We offer sessions such as BBP, Pilates, Zumba*, Body Shaping, Body Attack, HIIT, Body Balance - there's a class to suit YOU - check out our schedule and find your perfect class! You won't look back.
The classes are held each lunch time between 1200-1300, express classes from 1300-1345 and on Wednesdays at 1700 in the VIC Gym on F09. You can join as a Member or come to sessions as a Guest - we have possibilities to suit everyone.
All of our trainers are professionally qualified fitness instructors that come highly recommended in their respective fields.

Michael Bernhard (Body Shaping) - LINK
Connie Franklin (Pilates)
Connie has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a minor in Health. She has been teaching groups and training for over 30 years. Speciality Weight Management, Performance Training, Athletic Conditioning and Strength Training. Pilates Certificate from Stott. IDEA Fitness International Representative. Certified by AFAA and ACE for group exercise and personal training.
William Manu (Body Balance, BBP) - LINK
Artist, Fitness Trainer, Certified Shiatsu Practitioner and Les Mills* trainer for Body Balance. Originally from Nigeria, William studied Arts in London. He has been in Austria and in the world of fitness and health since 2000.
